7-Day Return Policy

Not happy with your piece? You can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Eligibility: the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original box with all tags and the pouch/card it came with.
• How to return: email us at support@maanik.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address — no need to courier it yourself.
• Refund: once the item reaches us and passes a quick check (1–2 days), the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges: want a different piece instead? Tell us at the time of the return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the pickup is done.
• Damaged or wrong item: if the parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, share an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge, priority shipping.
• Not returnable: items showing signs of wear, items without the original box, and customised/personalised pieces.

All orders on Maanik are prepaid, so refunds always go back to the payment method you used.
