To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- your order number (starts with
ORD-, shown on your order confirmation and under Account → Orders) - the phone number or email you ordered with
- a photo or short video if it's about a damaged or wrong item
Common questions
- Where is my order? Tracking is shared by SMS/email at dispatch and is always available under Account → Orders. Delivery takes 4–5 days across India.
- Returns & exchanges: see our 7-day return policy. Email us with your order number to start one.
- Payment issues: if money was deducted but the order shows unpaid, it is auto-verified within a few minutes. If it's still pending after 30 minutes, email us with the UPI/transaction reference and we'll fix it.
- Address change: email us within 2 hours of ordering.
